I make things to make life a little easier, for me, for the people I care about. Code, mostly, but also art I’m not particularly good at. It doesn’t matter. Whatever’s wrong in my head feels a little better when something comes to life.

Right now I’m building Umi ni Bin (a bottle in the sea): a place to write your feelings into a letter, seal it, and throw it into the ocean. Strangers fish them out. I don’t know why this felt necessary to build, but it did.

My desk is clean. A laptop, a diary, a few books. The diary has poems, haiku, feelings, todo lists. Everything in the same place because it’s all the same thing to me.

I’m big on open source. The internet raised me, Genshin, anime, forums, all of it. And I want to put something back.
